Claire Riddiough

Claire Riddiough has been working in the mental health field since 2015. She has a master’s degree in Social Work from University of Wisconsin - Madison and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Claire specializes in working with adults who experience anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and life transitions. Claire’s therapeutic style is client-centered, strengths-based and holistic. Her goal is to provide compassionate and effective therapy, working collaboratively with clients to develop new skills and insights that bring forth healing and movement towards their goals. Claire uses a range of treatment modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness. Claire has been trained in Mindful Self-Compassion and Brainspotting. Brainspotting locates spots in the visual field through different eye positions, which helps process and release a large range of emotional and body-based conditions. Claire has a Bachelor of Science in Art Therapy and has experience facilitating therapeutic art processes. She believes in the healing power of relationships with others, and mind-body-spirit awareness. Claire considers it a privilege to help individuals with their personal transformation and to assist them in experiencing a life full of meaning, joy, peace and connection.
