In accordance with Public Health Madison & Dane County guidelines, face coverings are required when visiting our clinic.
In order to limit the amount of time you'd spend in our waiting area, we ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Only those individuals participating in the therapy are allowed in the clinic. Also, if you are experiencing any COVID-19 like symptoms, please cancel your in-person appointment or ask if it can be changed to telehealth.
