
Jessica (she/her) is a licensed clinical psychologist who offers a collaborative and compassionate approach in the therapy room to help individuals respond to their unique challenges and live a more fulfilling life. She completed her doctoral degree in clinical psychology with a specialization in community psychology from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. Since 2015, she has provided mental health care to adults with diverse cultural backgrounds and identities. In particular, her work has focused on mental health care for military veterans, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and women and gender minorities.
As a therapist, Jessica utilizes a strengths-based and client-centered approach to create a non-judgmental and supportive space where individuals are invited to be their authentic selves. Throughout her career, she has worked with individuals experiencing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), and suicidal thoughts. She has also served clients navigating grief, relationship conflict, life transitions, identity exploration, and managing stress. With extensive training in trauma-informed care, Jessica implements strategies from evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She views therapy as a collaborative process, and tailors her approach to meet each individual’s needs.
