Maddie Olsen

Maddie brings nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, with a specialization in mental health and addiction, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Her professional background includes working in a group home supporting adult men with mental illness, providing care and support to individuals living with cognitive impairments, and working at a crisis stabilization unit. These experiences have contributed to a well-rounded understanding of complex mental health needs across a variety of settings.

As a Certified CCS provider, Maddie offers CCS supervision as a Mental Health Professional, along with service facilitation, individual skill development, and psychoeducation. She believes individuals are the experts in their own lives and that recovery is self-directed, with additional support sometimes being the key to achieving meaningful goals. Maddie utilizes a client-centered, solution-focused approach and places a strong emphasis on building authentic, therapeutic professional relationships.

Maddie also enjoys being part of the First Responder Program at HealthyMinds, where she supports professionals in navigating stressors related to the unique demands of their employment.
