As a certified CCS provider, Nicole provides service facilitation and individual skills development. She has broad case management experience and enjoys working with individuals, children and families, and diverse communities that are facing mental health challenges. Nicole feels people experiencing mental distress and illness are frequently on the receiving end of stigma, epistemic injustice, and social isolation. She believes a multiple strategy approach is required to alleviate the subsequent marginalization. Nicole practices active listening and empowering the client on their recovery journey.
