Pat Dillon, MS, LPC-IT

Pat has spent much of her life around art room tables and in community spaces where people start to feel seen. She believes everyone carries a story worth hearing, and that with the right kind of support, anyone can write their own next chapter.

That belief led her to leave her career as a journalist and found a nonprofit that brought creative self-expression to children affected by the justice system. Watching youth find their voices showed her what she still considers the heart of healing: connection comes first, and growth follows.

Most recently, Pat walked alongside people of all ages as they overcame mental health barriers to build independence in jobs, school, and life. Through that work, she learned more about systems and how to get through them together. Trained in CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Mindfulness, Pat is now working toward certification in art therapy to bring creativity into the healing process.

Pat holds a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and offers a therapeutic approach that is warm, collaborative, and grounded in each person's strengths. As Service Facilitator and Community Counselor at HealthyMinds, she pieces together her personal and professional life experiences to help others find their voice, define their goals, and discover their own healthy path forward.
