Sarah Endicott is a nurse practitioner dual-certified in geriatrics and psychiatric mental health nursing. She received a BA and doctorate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and master’s in nursing from Marquette University. Sarah worked in geriatric primary care prior to focusing on psychiatry and mental health. She has experience in long-term care consults, dementia-care, crisis services, inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care.
Although Sarah has expertise in geriatric mental health, she provides individualized, compassionate care to adults of all ages. Sarah partners with patients to create personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals and lived experiences. With a holistic approach, she integrates thoughtful medication management with supportive therapies and lifestyle focused strategies to promote meaningful, sustainable mental well being.
