Shannon Colwin, MA, LPC-IT

Shannon has over twenty-five years of experience in pastoral care, working with adults, teens, families, and groups. He brings a calm, empathetic presence and a deep desire to help people discover their identity, recognize their strengths, navigate life's struggles, and grow toward a whole and flourishing life. Shannon is committed to creating space where people feel seen and heard, valued and understood.

He holds a Master’s in Counseling with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health and a Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership. Shannon is a certified facilitator with Prepare/Enrich, offering relationship assessments and guidance for couples preparing for marriage or seeking to enrich their committed partnership.

In addition to his counseling work, Shannon serves as a first responder chaplain for local police and Fire/EMS agencies. He is passionate about supporting the first responder community and brings this understanding into his clinical practice. As a certified CCS provider, he offers psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and individual skills development with warmth, curiosity, and care.
