Stacey has over 30 years working with people struggling with mental health issues with extensive experience in crisis counseling, suicide prevention and awareness, and case management. She has worked with adults and children experiencing multi-faceted family crises with Child Protective Services, worked as an Emergency Department and a Psychiatric Social Worker on an inpatient basis, as well as working with persons congruently diagnosed with serious medical illnesses.
She received her BA in social work from UW Whitewater and her Master of Science and Social Work from UW-Madison with a concentration in severe mental illnesses and substance abuse.
She has an extensive history of being committed to helping people enhance their lives and believes that consumers should have a strong voice in their own recovery path.
